1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected circumstances.

We partner with reputable carriers, including DHL and other international couriers, to ensure safe and timely delivery. The choice of carrier may depend on the destination, shipping cost, and delivery speed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor its progress.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide from our base in Yemen, subject to local import regulations and restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country. These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be settled by the recipient.
4. Shipping Times
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary based on the destination and local customs procedures. Generally, delivery can take between 10–20 business days. In some cases, delays may occur due to logistical challenges, holidays, or regulatory checks.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if it remains unclaimed at customs or the local delivery depot, it may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the order.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and include photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund. For lost shipments, we will initiate a trace with the carrier and inform you of the outcome. Please note that claims may take time to process.
