Qishr / husk
Qishr is an infused tea beverage made from the dried husks of coffee beans. It tastes of single malt with a hint of wild honey.
A traditional drink in Yemen, Yemenis began brewing the beverage during the 17th century as coffee exports from the Port of Mocha rose. It is now a more popular drink, nationally, than coffee.
